Vacuum packing removes air from the package prior to sealing. The intent of vacuum packing is usually to remove oxygen from the container to extend the shelf life of foods and, with flexible package forms. Most of bacteria associated with food spoilage require oxygen and there is no such chance of oxygen entry into Vacuum Seals.
Vacuum Packed Foods are biologically proven as healthy food as there is no growth of bacteria. Vacuum packing greatly reduces the bulk of non-food items. As food will be packed in machines there will not be any involvement of human hence reducing the risk of virus.
